Everything you need to know before you paste a URL.

It is a tool that fetches a public URL, parses the HTML, and reports whether the Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags are present, correct, and ready for social previews.

Anonymous checks are cached in memory for 10 minutes to reduce duplicate work. The website never stores fetched HTML on disk. Your last URL is only used to render the result.

We evaluate deterministic checks across OG tags, the OG image, Twitter cards and technical metadata. Each check has a fixed weight, and the score is the sum of earned weight expressed as a percentage from 0 to 100.

Yes — every check runs through the same REST endpoint (`GET /api/v1/og/check`) and the same engine powers the MCP server. Use it from Claude Code, Cursor or your build pipeline.
